Application of occupancy must be handed before the preparing of an offer (Dont Worry is just basic information... name, adress, work, etc). Some landlords WILL ask for a credit report (can be obtained @ www.creditkarma.com with the free trial) and/or a background check (can be obtained @ Doral police station for 5$).
